Description: Improvements to its emergency shelter facility serving battered women and families. The project consists of facility infrastructure, emergency power, security, communications, and technology improvements, including the following: 1. 200 kW Generator Installation- Installation of a new 200 kW emergency generator, including all associated electrical work, controls, connections, testing, commissioning, and related installation requirements. 2. Door Access Control System- Installation of new hardware to work with our existing electronic door access control system, including access-controlled doors, electronic hardware, control panels, readers, wiring, programming, testing, and related equipment. 3. Security Cameras- Installation of a new or upgraded security camera surveillance system, including cameras, associated network infrastructure and cabling, programming, testing, and integration. 4. Burglar/Intrusion Alarm System- Installation of a new or upgraded burglar/intrusion alarm system, including alarm panels, sensors, detection devices, notification devices, wiring, programming, testing, and related equipment to match up and work with the existing system. 5. IT / Data / Telecommunications- Installation and/or improvement of data and telecommunications infrastructure, including data cabling, network connections, Wi-Fi/ethernet infrastructure, telephone/data connections, related equipment, testing, labeling, and certification. 6. Audio/Visual Systems- Installation and/or improvement of audio/visual infrastructure and equipment, including displays, audio equipment, video conferencing capabilities, associated cabling, connections, programming, and testing. Proposals shall include all labor, materials, equipment, installation, programming, testing, and other work necessary to provide complete and operational systems.
