Emergency Sheltering Voucher (ESV) Program for Families

Description: The City of Sacramento, Department of Community Response is soliciting proposals from motels and hotels in Sacramento County to participate in its Emergency Sheltering Voucher (ESV) Program for families experiencing homelessness. Participating properties would accept City-issued vouchers worth $55 per room per night inclusive of taxes and fees, invoice monthly, and coordinate with City supportive and rehousing services. Proposals must state nightly rates for all room types; rates at $55 meeting specified property and amenity and proximity scoring thresholds are automatically accepted, while higher rates may be considered.
