Home Improvement Contractor for On-Call Residential Emergency Repair Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Provide complete services for renovation and revitalization of single-family, single-unit residential projects. Eligible project work is only considered an emergency if not quickly addressing the issue will adversely impact the health, safety and livability of the residence and / or the occupants. Examples of emergency work include: no hot running water; blocked plumbing due to deteriorated pipes; broken or unusable boiler/furnace; electrical repairs; broken or unusable windows; siding or roofing that causes direct exposure to the elements; and ADA related improvement or repairs, and other improvements addressing health, safety, and livability. Lead paint abatement may be an eligible repair.
