Description: Perform residential rehabilitation and home repair services on owner-occupied, single-family residential properties located within the City. Projects may include, but are not limited to: roofing, electrical repairs, plumbing repairs, HVAC replacement and repair, window and door replacement, accessibility improvements, interior and exterior rehabilitation, structural repairs, painting, flooring, kitchen and bathroom rehabilitation, energy efficiency improvements, other eligible residential rehabilitation activities.
