General Contractor - Request for Proposal for General Contractor at Milwaukee Transport Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Seeking proposals for on-call general contractor services. The successful firm(s) will perform general renovation, upgrade and repair work on a task order basis at the facilities operated and maintained by MTS. No specific project is being solicited under this RFP for general services. Rather, the resulting contract(s) will be used to support future projects as needs arise. Potential projects may include: Reconfiguration, minor remodeling, renovation and repair of MTS departments and facilities as needed; Various repairs to structures, doors, windows and other building systems as well as parking lots and associating curbing; and Various infrastructure upgrades to support the new platforms including battery electric buses and associated charging equipment.
