Heating and Ventilation Upgrades At the Brooklin School

Description: Work shall generally consist of the replacement of an existing Ventilation Air Handler and general Exhaust Fan with an Energy Recovery Ventilator that serves the entirety of the school except for the Gymnasium; the replacement of a Gymnasium Heating and Ventilation Unit in kind; the addition of an Energy Recovery Ventilator for the Gymnasium; the replacement of existing hydronic zone valves; and incidental cutting, patching, and repair.
