Police Department Garage Door and Ventilation Upgrades

Description: Work consists of the removal of the existing ll1 level parking access control gate and associated control equipment, followed by installation of a new high speed roll up door to improve security and operational efficiency. In addition to the door replacement, the project includes modifications to the parking garage wall to accommodate a new make up air handler system, complete with ductwork, controls, and full integration with the existing exhaust fan system and building automation system. These upgrades are intended to enhance ventilation performance and ensure compliance with current facility standards.
