Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services RFP
The City of Seattle is soliciting sealed bids from qualified vendors to provide Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning (HVAC) Maintenance Services for City facilities. The resulting contracts will cover ordinary maintenance and repair services, including preventive maintenance, inspections, and minor repairs, while excluding new installations, major upgrades, and Public Works projects. The ITB was issued on July 31, 2026, and sealed bids are due September 2, 2026, at 10:00 a.m. Pacific Time.
