Description: The City of Phoenix Human Services Department is seeking sealed offers for as-needed professional development training services for its Head Start Birth to Five Program. The procurement will provide professional development opportunities for parents, staff, and community partners through professional speakers and trainers, serving a program that supports 2,209 children.
