Description: The College of Southern Idaho is soliciting sealed bids for the construction of an approximately 3,900-square-foot Head Start / Early Head Start administrative office building in Twin Falls, Idaho, along with related site improvements. The project will be constructed under a General Contractor Agreement with the College, and plans, specifications, proposal forms, and other bidding information are available through Lombard Conrad Architects, Idaho AGC, and Blueprint Specialties.
