Graphic and Creative Design Services RFP

Description: The City of Rocky Mount is seeking proposals for graphic and creative design services under a 12-month contract. The work includes designing print-ready and digital materials such as brochures, magazines, billboards, social media graphics, web banners, presentations, newsletters, and other visual communications. The selected vendor must provide up to 65 hours of service per month, meet short turnaround requirements, submit a portfolio and references, and may be renewed for two additional one-year terms.
