Flooring & Tile Installation for JFRD Facilities *Re-bid*

Description: Work includes flooring, tile and related services installed at various JFRD facilities. This will be a unit price bid for an annual contract for tile installation and other miscellaneous services to be performed at various JFRD facilities, including fire stations. Furnish and install tiles and matching trim, as applicable, on floors and/or walls in specified areas. Scope to include, but is not limited to: demo and disposal of existing tile; include Schluter curb systems and shower entrances as applicable. Includes 10,000 SF of supply and install durock backer board or approved equal; 10,000 SF of supply and install redgard/schluter waterproof membrane or approved equal.
