Fire Company 2 Emergency Communications Division Remodel Phase II

Description: Work includes remove and dispose of existing floor tile, upper and lower casework, countertops, backsplash, sink, electrical range, existing light fixtures, and hvac diffuser. Existing microwave shall remain. Protect in place or temporarily remove and reinstall as required. Salvage existing garbage disposal and under sink water filtration system for reinstallation; furnish and install new upper and lower casework along south wall, including areas currently occupied by the refrigerator; furnish and install new upper and lower casework on north wall; furnish and install quartz countertops and matching quartz backsplash at all countertop areas.
