Emergency Generator Annual Maintenance

Description: Provide labor and material to perform annual level II service for 2027 and 2028 on the following emergency generator units: See separate generator unit specifications sheet -One 350 Kw Kohler unit at the South Base Facility -One 450 Kw Kohler unit at the North Base Facility -One 12 Kw Cummins unit at the Brewster Facility -One 176 Kw BlueStar portable unit at North Base Facility Level II service is to include: 1. A complete inspection of equipment including condition of batteries, radiator fan and alternator drive belts, hoses, oil heater, radiator, coolant, fluid leaks. 2. Replace engine oil and oil filters – send an oil sample to lab for analysis. 3. Replace air filters 4. Replace fuel filters 5. Perform a two hour full load test on each unit.
