Description: Water reclamation facility SCADA upgrades with fiber and control room and PLC replacements, SCADA and operational. Scope of this project is to replace and upgrade the Eastern Water Reclamation Facility PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) along with upgrading the existing WinCC SCADA (Supervisory Control and Data Acquisition) system, and make improvements to the control and computer room including a humidity control system (HVAC) which will require reconfiguration and reconnection of the existing water plumbing.
