Description: The City of Orlando is seeking qualification statements from Florida-registered consultants to provide professional engineering services for the design and replacement of 13 drainage wells in low-to-moderate income urbanized areas. The selected consultant will conduct condition assessments, develop a conceptual design, and prepare construction plans and specifications. The project is funded through the Orange County Community Development Block Grant Disaster Recovery Program and is subject to applicable federal regulations, including 24 CFR Part 570 and 2 CFR Part 200.
