Design Build (DB) Police Station Renovation (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Design-Build. Work includes police station renovation. The scope of this project includes renovation of the men’s and women’s locker rooms including associated HVAC, lighting, controls, and plumbing. It will also include the replacement of windows on the first and second floor of the building, including window film and ballistic glass on the first floor.
