Crossing Guard Services (Request for Proposal)

Description: Maintain qualified crossing guards at all assigned locations and scheduled times; Provide sufficient substitute personnel to address absences, vacancies, and other staffing disruptions; Conduct appropriate employee screening and standardized initial and recurring training; Provide field supervision and routinely verify that services are being performed as required; Maintain accurate schedules, attendance records, staffing reports, and incident documentation; Communicate promptly with designated City staff regarding service disruptions, safety concerns, incidents, and operational issues; Adjust staffing assignments when directed by the City due to school calendar changes, construction, traffic conditions, emergencies, or changes in program needs; Comply with all applicable federal, state, and local laws, regulations, insurance requirements, and City policies.
