Provide armed and unarmed security services for the Police Department.

Description: The Transit Authority of River City (TARC) is soliciting proposals from qualified firms to provide armed and unarmed security guard services at TARC facilities and other designated locations; this is a competitive procurement, not a grant program. TARC expects to select one or more contractors offering economically viable proposals, using a best-value evaluation and encouraging proposer teams where appropriate. A nonmandatory pre-proposal meeting is scheduled for September 9, 2026, and proposals are due October 2, 2026, at 10:00 AM Eastern.
