Courtyard Paver Repairs at the Transit Maintenance Facility RFP

Description: Seeking qualified contractor to supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair approximately 420 square feet of heaved and damaged brick paver hardscape caused by 20 years of tree root growth. Work includes coordinating with a certified arborist for root assessment/pruning, excavating and preparing the aggregate base/sand setting bed, installing root barriers/bridging, and reinstalling salvaged and inventory-supplied pavers flush and level to eliminate pedestrian trip hazards while maintaining compliance with ADA, tree protection, and environmental regulations.
