Facility Enhancement and Maintenance IDIQ RFP
Requirements for various facility enhancement and maintenance services. The contractor shall provide all management, labor, materials, equipment, tools, transportation, and supervision necessary to perform the tasks described herein. This SOW consolidates the requirements for three primary areas of work: A. Floor Covering: Removal and replacement of floor covering materials, including but not limited to carpet, vinyl composition tile (VCT), luxury vinyl tile (LVT), rubber flooring, and ceramic/porcelain tile. B. Protective Coatings: Application and maintenance of protective coatings, including surface preparation, painting, staining, sealing, signage, and water blasting. C.
