Construction Services: Gunner's Lake Local Park Renovation (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Work includes new and updated amenities and a layout that improves accessibility, function, and enjoyment of the park, while preserving the natural character of the park to the greatest extent possible. Proposed amenities include a new playground, picnic pavilion, relocated soccer fields, and additional storm water management facilities. The existing parking lot will be modified to relocate the existing ada parking spaces and add swm facilities. Two new pedestrian park entrances will be installed along the east edge of the park which will require new concrete stairways. A new loop path will surround the relocated fields which will include benches and an adult fitness area. No new water or electrical services are proposed in the renovation.
