The Maryland-National Capital Park and Planning Commission

The Commission met to review several items, including the designation of the Rose-Budd House as a historic site, an FY26 budget adjustment for Central Administrative Services to cover unbudgeted benefit costs for the Legal Department and Merit Board, and a review of the litigation and administrative proceedings report. Discussion centered on the visual impact of the addition on the historic building, its massing, design, and adherence to historic preservation standards.
