Conflict Public Defender Services Roster (Request for Qualifications)

Description: The city is requesting qualifications from law firms or individual attorneys interested in providing conflict public defense services on a contractual basis. The city intends to contract with more than one firm for backup public defense services. These roster public defenders will provide legal representation for assigned indigent defendants charged with misdemeanor or gross misdemeanor crimes in the city municipal court who cannot be represented by the city's primary public defender or the conflict public defender.
