Commercial Modular/Pre-Engineered Buildings RFP

Description: The Arizona Department of Administration, General Services Division is seeking to establish a statewide contract for turn-key commercial modular and pre-engineered buildings. The contract will pre-qualify contractors to provide buildings and related services through a secondary selection process for individual projects, including workforce camps and housing and relocation or removal of existing modular buildings. The initial contract term is twelve months, with possible extensions up to a maximum aggregate term of five years, and services will be performed statewide in Arizona through individual task orders.
