Description: Mobile office - purchase 12' x 60' to include the following: 2 entry/exit doors at least 1 office with locking door built in desk(s) with filing in office(s) vinyl floor tiles vinyl covered gypsum or paneled interior walls pre-finished gypsum ceilings 4' trailer hitch surface mounted lighting 100 amp breaker panel electrical requirements: 100 amp/220 volts central hvac (or ac unit(s) and baseboard heat) skirting anchors/tie downs osha/ada steps no restroom includes delivery to site, exact placement at site, anchoring and tie down. No connections to hvac or electrical need to be made.
