Brown Hall Renovation & Modular Classrooms (RFP)
This project involves multiple phases; the first phase will only address mechanical systems, and the following phase(s) (contingent on State funding) will address fire detection and sprinkler system, LED lighting, doorbell system, bathroom renovations, roofing, exterior doors and windows, kitchen renovations, paint, floor surfaces, and masonry repairs. The intent is to keep a single Design/Build Team for all phases of construction based on performance.
