Classification & Compensation Study Services RFP

Description: The City of Long Beach is soliciting proposals from multiple qualified professional firms to provide classification and compensation services on an as-needed basis. Services may include classification analyses, base salary and total compensation studies, position audits, job analyses, data analysis, recommendations, reports, and presentations to internal stakeholders. The contract period runs from November 10, 2026, through November 9, 2028, and an optional virtual information session is scheduled for September 10, 2026.
