Job Order Contract for Construction Services (Request for Qualifications)

Description: Seeking qualified contractors to establish a job order contract (JOC) for general construction, general maintenance and facility maintenance services. The goal is to support a variety of tasks including small building construction, renovations, repairs, water and wastewater system maintenance and emergency response services across city-owned buildings and infrastructure. The city is seeking qualified contractors for general contracting, roofing, horizontal, general building, mechanical, plumbing, electrical and water/wastewater.
