The Tinley Park-Park District is soliciting sealed construction bids for the site remediation program investigation at the former Tinley Park Mental Health Center. The procurement concerns cleanup work at the former 280-acre facility site and is funded through a grant from the Illinois Department of Commerce and Economic Opportunity. Bids are due at 2:00 PM CDT on October 18, 2026, and the solicitation is a procurement for construction services rather than a grant program.
