Big Steel Tank - Fire Hardening Pump Station (Request for Proposals)

Description: Work consists of complete demolition and removal of the existing wood-framed pump station structure, including all wood and roof framing, and portions of the foundation. The work includes construction of new reinforced concrete masonry unit (cmu) walls, a new fire-resistant metal roof structure and new perimeter grade beam. Existing equipment shall remain in place and operational throughout construction. The contractor shall protect all existing equipment from damage during the work.
