Description: LEGAL ADVERTISEMENT / INVITATION TO BID CITY OF OAKLAND PARK CENTENNIAL PARK (DEMOLITION PHASE) 3801 NE 5TH AVE, OAKLAND PARK, FL 33334 STATE CONTRACTING & ENGINEERING CORP. (SCEC) is the awarded CONSTRUCTION MANAGER AT RISK (CMAR) for this project, SEEKING SEALED BIDS from PRE-QUALIFIED BIDDERS ONLY on behalf of the City of Oakland Park for a Guaranteed Maximum Price (GMP). SCOPE OF WORK includes, but is not limited to: * Demolition of the existing Public Works Building and Fleet Building (Southeast corner of property) * Associated site clearance and utility disconnections (Southeast corner of property) * Removal of the existing fuel island, underground storage tanks, remediation equipment, and monitoring wells (Southeast corner of property) For a pre-qualification package, please email Adrian Viera, Pre-Construction Manager, at aviera@statecontracting.com.
