Caroline Court Sanitary Sewer Extension RFP

Description: Construction of caroline court sanitary sewer extension. Work includes 2,394 LF 8" pvc sdr-26 sanitary sewer pipe via open cut construction, all depths, including air testing, mandrel testing, bedding and backfill, complete in place. Includes 10 LF for proposed stub-out to future development; 217 LF additional cost for 16" steel casing via open cut construction including spacers and fittings, complete in place; 46 LF additional cost for 16" steel casing via trenchless construction including spacers and fittings, complete in place; 32 VF extra vertical depth for 5' diameter sanitary sewer manhole, per vertical foot beyond 12 feet.
