Behavioral Support Staffing (Request for Proposal)

Description: Staffing for Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) for seven Stabilization Training Assistance Reintegration (STAR) homes. These services are temporary in nature, with the contractor providing short-term staffing during periods when permanent civil service staffing is not available. Contractor shall act as a STAR strategic staffing partner, providing contingent, licensed, and certified BCBA staffing to fill temporary vacancies and positions, substitute for STAR employees while on leave, provide temporary services when appropriate staffing levels cannot be maintained with civil service staff, and supply services when the requested services are not available within the State civil service.
