Provide all traffic control devices shall conform to the most recent vdot work area protection manual, manual on uniform traffic control devices, (mutcd) and nchrp report 350. Quantities shown are estimates and are not guaranteed. There shall be no minimum delivery amount. The unit price of items includes the sign stand. All requested traffic control devices shall be delivered to work site within two (2) hours of notification. If vendor fails to meet this time frame more than twice in a 30-day period, the city reserves the right to assess a one (1) percent penalty for late deliveries. This late penalty will only be imposed after written notification from the city documenting multiple late deliveries within a 30-day time. Failure to be responsive to these requests may result in cancellation or non-renewal of the contract.
