Seeking from qualified firms for additional maintenance repairs of the existing Space Shuttle Hardscape. General Specifications: Use ½” wood fiber expansion joint fillers in expansion joints between concrete slabs of differing types to prevent concrete damage due to expansion and contraction. Use additional control joints as needed to prevent random, unsightly surface fractures. All areas should use 6”x6” wire mesh reinforcement. Site Specific Scope of Work: Demolish and haul off approx. 5,484 SF of existing concrete beneath the Pathfinder shuttle, averaging 6" thick. Thoroughly protect all shuttle supports during demolition and concrete placement. Furnish and install welded wire mesh, approx. 55 sheets of 10’x20’ 6x6 WWM. Furnish and install four (4) Quazite underground enclosure assemblies, 28 1/2" x 15 1/2" x 10" usable interior, open bottom, at the four junction box locations. Place and finish approx. 102 CY of concrete at an average depth of 6".

Seeking qualified contractor to supply all labor, equipment, and materials necessary to repair approximately 420 square feet of heaved and damaged brick paver hardscape caused by 20 years of tree root growth. Work includes coordinating with a certified arborist for root assessment/pruning, excavating and preparing the aggregate base/sand setting bed, installing root barriers/bridging, and reinstalling salvaged and inventory-supplied pavers flush and level to eliminate pedestrian trip hazards while maintaining compliance with ADA, tree protection, and environmental regulations.
