Backflow device inspection and PM. The Contractor shall inspect, test, certify, repair, and replace backflow prevention devices in accordance with NEWWA, ABPA, ASSE, ANSI, AWWA, NFPA 13/17/25, OSHA, and applicable CFR requirements. All work shall follow manufacturer recommendations and comply with Section 4.10 of PG‑18‑10. The Contractor shall ensure all devices meet operational, safety, and regulatory standards.
