Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Prosecutor (Request For Proposal)

Description: Qualified Attorneys for the position of Alcohol Beverage Control (ABC) Prosecutor. The successful attorney will provide the ABC Board of the City of Passaic with the following services and must meet the following criteria, including but not necessarily limited to: 1. Appearances at the ABC Board, when required. 2. Must have experience in prosecuting ABC Violations. 3. Any other legal service necessary to perform the duties of Alcohol Beverage Control Prosecutor for the City.
