Description: The Virginia Department of Transportation is soliciting bids for A46_2027 SMART SCALE - SHARED USE PATH, a highway construction project extending from 0.043 mile west of the Charlottesville/Albemarle border to 0.224 mile east of it. The project is located in Albemarle County and the City of Charlottesville, and bidders must be prequalified. Questions must be submitted through VDOT’s Contractors Advertisement Bulletin Board (CABB), and bids close November 18, 2026 at 10:00 a.m.
