Description: Fiber Phase 3 Construction Project. The work under this project generally consists of building the necessary components to create the high-speed Fiber-To-The-Premise (FTTP) Optical Network (XGS-PON) communications Network (the Project) within the City’s defined service area and preparing it to deliver fiber-to-home services. The system shall be a fully operations high-speed communications network supporting Internet protocol technology and allowing users access to and from the Internet.
