26-196 Broadband Conduit System Locating and GPS Services
Description: The City of Lincoln is seeking a qualified contractor to locate and GPS-map approximately 52 miles of existing broadband conduit and related structures within city limits. Work includes trace-wire, ground-bar, and ground-rod installation, damage investigations, structure inspections, and GPS surveying; the contractor must provide labor, materials, permits, insurance, and site restoration, and comply with applicable regulations. The contractor must be an approved Fiber Optic Permit (FOP) contractor before contract execution, and waste must be recycled under city policies.
