2026 Traffic Barriers and Guardrail Repairs (Invitation to Bid)

Description: Remove approx. 792' existing guardrails and furnish and install precast concrete traffic barriers to replace them on Lopez Island (Richardson Road and Mud Bay Road), as well as replace and/or repair of sections of existing guardrails on Orcas Island and San Juan Island. Work includes: Mobilization, traffic control, remove and dispose of damaged guardrail and posts, place precast concrete traffic barriers, terminals and transition sections, minor realignment of existing posts, and install new guardrail sections, including posts, blocks, and hardware to connect to existing guardrails.
