On-Call Construction Management Services RFP

The City of Vacaville Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call Construction Management services for water and wastewater capital improvement projects throughout the City. The selected firm will serve as the City's single point of responsibility for construction management, full-time construction inspection, and materials testing coordination under a single Agreement, providing comprehensive project oversight from preconstruction through closeout.
