On-Call Construction Management, Inspection, and Testing Services RFP

Description: The City of Vacaville Utilities Department is soliciting Statements of Qualifications (SOQs) from qualified firms to provide on-call Construction Management services for water and wastewater capital improvement projects throughout the City. The selected firm will serve as the City's single point of responsibility for construction management, full-time construction inspection, and materials testing coordination under a single Agreement, providing comprehensive project oversight from preconstruction through closeout. The firm may use its own staff, qualified subconsultants, or a combination, with the prime consultant retaining full responsibility for management, coordination, quality, and delivery across Category A (above-ground utility facilities) and Category B (below-ground utility infrastructure).
