On-Call Construction Management Services RFP

Description: The Housing Authority of the County of San Bernardino is soliciting On-Call Construction Management (CM) services to support its real estate development efforts, including project initiation, constructability reviews, scheduling, permitting assistance, on-site construction oversight, contractor coordination, monitoring, and project closeout. The contract is expected to begin approximately August 2026 with a one-year base period through August 2027 and options to extend up to four additional years (no later than August 2031); work will be performed primarily in San Bernardino County.
