Representatives from various transportation agencies provided updates on the Trade Corridor Enhancement Program, the California State Budget investments in port and freight infrastructure, and internal Caltrans planning initiatives including a statewide big data platform and truck travel time reliability goals. The committee also reviewed the timeline for the Governor's port and freight goods movement budget proposal.
