Network Video Recorder RFPs

The Maryland Department of Health issued an RFP for Video Directly Observed Therapy (VDOT) services to implement a secure video-based therapy program including platform setup and patient monitoring. The period of performance is scheduled from January 1, 2027, to December 31, 2032, with an estimated contract value between $250,000 and $1,500,000. Proposals are required to be submitted via the Maryland procurement portal by the deadline of June 12, 2026.

Project includes the replacement and installation of video security cameras, CAT6 cabling, and related infrastructure upgrades.

Work includes to demolish the existing analog cameras, DVR’s and cabling and replace with new IP cameras, NVR’s, network switches and cabling, etc. for a complete on-premise surveillance and VMS system.

Initiating a complete software upgrade of its electronic video information display and content management system ("EVIDS") and is requesting proposals from qualified vendors ( respondents and vendors ) to support this initiative. The State of North Carolina seeks contractors to demolish analog surveillance equipment and install a new on-premise IP camera and Video Management System (VMS) at the Longleaf Neuro-Medical Treatment Center in Wilson, NC. The solicitation covers multiple equipment categories and AV design services and will be performed across the Commonwealth of Massachusetts. These services are specifically intended to support medical interpreting needs within the hospital system. This opportunity is a discretionary procurement with a response deadline in early June 2026.

This RFP seeks a vendor to provide a hosted IP surveillance solution for use by component school districts, with the system hosted either at the district or in a commercial cloud environment. The North Dakota Department of Corrections and Rehabilitation (DOCR) is soliciting bids to purchase Bosch surveillance equipment, including cameras, accessories, and associated warranty support, with evaluation based on the highest percentage discount off MSRP. The contract term begins January 1, 2026 through December 31, 2027 with options to renew for up to two additional 12-month periods; bidders must be authorized Bosch dealers and provide a minimum three-year parts warranty.
