This contract is to create a model ordinance, in consultation with tribes and stakeholders, that sets minimum standards for protecting cultural resources during development. This ordinance, which requires input from cities, counties, and various business/environmental groups, must incorporate best practices from existing local regulations.

Natural gas testing includes the following: Inspect and pressure test interior gas lines every two years. Inspect and survey underground gas distribution systems semi-annually. Leak test all valves and meters quarterly. Leak Detection & Repair: If a gas leak is detected, the Contractor shall immediately notify the Maintenance Plumbing Supervisor and provide a detailed report of the location, severity, and recommended corrective action. The Contractor shall shut off the affected gas line if required for safety and assist in coordinating emergency repairs. See attached file.
