Seeking bids for a Western CONUS Natural Resources Support Task Order Contract.

The objective of this project is to create an NRI to responsibly and appropriately guide county and municipal planning decisions as they relate to land use, open space acquisition, and climate impacts. Further, the NRI will serve as a valuable resource for schools, community groups, residents, and any who aspire to learn about their local environment. The NRI should include the standard elements of an NRI based on the guide “Creating a Natural Resource Inventory’ issued by Cornell University Department of Natural Resources for the NYS Department of Environmental Conservation Hudson River Estuary Program (HREP). The Respondent will work collaboratively with the HREP, the County’s Planning Department, both the Land Use and GIS Divisions, the Division of Environmental Resources, the County Water Advisory Council, the Soil and Water Conservation District, municipalities, and other stakeholders (the project team) to create a publicly accessible tool for municipal leaders and elected officials, local sustainability and environmental committees, stakeholders, students and teachers, and residents.

Provide snow removal services.

The Village of Lions Bay, a small municipality on Howe Sound in British Columbia, Canada, is soliciting proposals from qualified and experienced consultants to develop a comprehensive Natural Asset Inventory (NAI) for all natural assets within its municipal boundaries. The work will produce a spatially-explicit inventory aligned with CSA W218:23 standards, classifying and mapping forests, creeks, wetlands, shorelines and other significant natural features, and assessing their condition, ecosystem services and risks from climate hazards (wildfire, flooding, slope failure, sea level rise). The selected consultant will deliver GIS-compatible outputs, recommendations, and capacity-building to integrate natural assets into the Village's asset management and climate action planning.

Ysleta Independent School District issued an informal, multi-year Request for Proposal for Academic Resources (including pre-kindergarten curriculum and textbooks) seeking multiple vendors on an incremental award basis. The solicitation is managed through the district’s E-Bid system, includes virtual bid-opening and Q&A documents, and vendors are encouraged to submit proposals electronically. The solicitation was issued on 2026-03-26 and remains open with the final closing date on 2030-05-31; proposals are accepted throughout the solicitation period.

The Florida Department of Management Services (DMS) is issuing Invitation to Bid (ITB) No. ITB-16439 to establish a State Term Contract for the supply, transportation, and delivery of natural gas to designated customer locations across all Florida counties. The awarded Bidder will serve as the Marketer of Natural Gas responsible for managing DMS's two Firm Transportation Service Agreements with Florida Gas Transmission Company, with an anticipated contract start date of November 1, 2026. Bidders must comply with mandatory responsive requirements (Attachment B) and submit completed forms including the Firm Markup Sheet and Principal Place of Business Letter.

Interruptible natural gas.

A solicitation titled "Natural Gas Odor Inserts" is posted for the State of Tennessee seeking suppliers of odor inserts for natural gas systems. The public posting on BidNet Direct shows Publication Date 2026-07-10 and a closing date of 2026-07-21 at 10:00 AM EDT; the full solicitation documents and buyer contact information are locked to registered users. Vendors must access the BidNet Direct posting to obtain the full specifications, solicitation number, and response instructions; no public PDF/Docx was available on the public page I reviewed.

The Knoxville Utilities Board (KUB) is soliciting bids for the procurement of 275,000 Natural Gas Odor Inserts, which will be mailed to its natural gas customers as part of a safety initiative. Vendors must meet all specifications listed in the solicitation and be willing to enter into a supply agreement with an initial three-year term and two optional one-year renewals. Submissions are managed through the BidNet Direct portal, with the reissued solicitation (4151A) closing on July 21, 2026.

Interruptible natural gas.

The State of Texas, through the Texas Health and Human Services Commission (HHSC, agency #537) on behalf of the Texas Department of State Health Services, is inviting competitive bids (IFB No. HHS0017352) to establish contracts for providing mortality resources and services during emergency events or disasters. The scope covers disaster preparedness and emergency planning services, secure long-term storage of four 32-foot mortuary trailers, mass fatality management, and management oversight of preparedness activities, including mortuary furniture, morgue and embalming equipment/supplies, cemetery equipment, and mortuary, funeral, and crematory services.
