This project includes the renovation of the Naval Reserve Building 3370 that is used for reserve training 1-2 weekends per month with approx. 250 occupants per weekend. Daily occupancy is about 25 people on a normal usage, and the weekends have high occupancy. The project scope is to replace the HVAC equipment in attempts to eliminate the recent mold growth inside the facility and incidental related work. The humid air has caused the need for temporary de-humidifiers and mold cleanup within the facility. The building currently has numerous HVAC roof top units (RTUs), and the climate control is not working to reduce the high humidity inside the building. A new HVAC system will be designed and any mold or water damaged areas removed, and finishes restored, such as re-painting or replacing ceiling tiles. Cybersecurity is also required for this project Renovation. See attached file.
