This project will enable the Y to establish a new Community Health HUB that will include mental health counselings offices and spaces for health education programs such as healthy eating classes, yoga classes, etc. The existing building is situated on the North shore Branch YMCA campus and is adjacent to an office park complex. This project will generally include selective demolish on, new interior parsons and finishes, ADA restroom renovation, kitchen renovation, new lighting, new fire alarm system, reconfiguration of existing hvac and electrical systems to accommodate the revised interior configuration on, several new exterior window and door openings, and new exterior ADA stairs and ramp.
